MARIE


Role:Director


Marie has been working at Ever-evolving since we opened in April. As the

director, she works closely with service users and their families.

She has been a teacher for 17 years at Mill Green School and an all-boys

behavioural school, guiding and supporting learners with additional

needs. Marie is passionate about providing equal opportunities for young

adults. Here at Ever-evolving we aim to connect our service users with their peers, their community,

provide social opportunities in a fun and caring environment.

Marie lives with her 3 children and her husband and spends her free time exercising in the gym and

reading about historical literature, She usually gets called by anything other than her real name.


BETH


Role: Deputy Manager


Beth has been working at Ever evolving since we opened in April. She

has been a Learner Mentor at Petty Pool college which is specialised for

young people with learning disabilities. She is dedicating in being a role

model to young adults with additional needs guiding them in the right

direction and providing them with the support to enjoy and get the best

out of their lives.

Beth has lived in St Helens for 3 years and lives with her partner Danny and her dog Dotty who is

extremely popular with the service users at Ever Evolving. She enjoys long walks, caravan holidays

and eating to many biscuits.

MATTY


Role: Deputy Manager


Matty started at Ever Evolving after the 3rd week of us opening, having

never worked with young people with learning disabilities before he

decided he needed a new venture and join the team at Ever Evolving

bringing his skills in sports and fitness.

Since starting Ever Evolving, Matty has gained qualifications in Personal Training and safeguarding in

sport, this aids him to safely run sports sessions adapting it to suit our young adults needs.

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his 2 children, playing the guitar, watching rugby and

makes the best scrambled egg.


SARAH


Role: Support Worker


Sarah has been at Ever Evolving since we opened, She has been a

Teaching assistant at Mill Green School for 5 years and 5 years in SEN

residential care.

Sarah predominantly runs the Hair & Beauty session at Ever Evolving

with her number of qualifications including an NVG in hairdressing &

barbering and nail technology.

She lives at home with her 3 children, husband, 2 dogs and a hamster and loves spending time with

her family & friends, going on days out and shopping.



Sheila


Role: Support Worker


Sheila has been a part of Ever Evolving not long after opening. Sheila has a

care background and has worked with elderly patients with dementia for

6 years. While working at Ever Evolving she has gained a certificate in

epilepsy awareness and is working towards a reflexology certificate.

Sheila loves spending time with her grandchildren and spoiling them as

every Nan does, she also makes the best toast.



Teresa


Role: Support Worker


Teresa started off at Ever Evolving when we first opened as a volunteer

and has progressed as a support worker and a valuable member of the

team.

Teresa has worked in community care for 6 years and 4 years in a

nursing home caring for elderly patients with dementia. Teresa enjoys

going on holiday, spending time with her family especially her

grandchildren. She also makes a fabulous cup of tea.
